About Us

Dave Harries Digital Media was started, not too surprisingly, by Dave Harries.  Trained as a studio manager at the BBC in the mid 1980s he set up his own independent sound recording and production company in 1990. 

Originally specializing in classical music recording, the company has evolved over the last 15 years to encompass many aspects of the media world. Dave’s background in broadcasting means a lot of work writing, recording and presenting features, as an independent producer.  But the skills of the organisation are also employed in the museum and audio guides sector.  Dave has acted as everything from sound recordist, editor, producer and consultant (and often all four) for major museum audio installations.

The organization is a multi disciplinary creative and technical production base relying on an association of like minded professionals that Dave can call upon for individual projects.  He has direct access to the finest writers, directors, composers and technicians, so whatever your requirements, Dave Harries Digital Media can meet them.
